AT080TN03 V.7 is a 8.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen
product from Innolux, with a built-in WLED backlight, without
backlight driver, without touch screen. AT080TN03 V.7 supports
display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose
pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical
detail, it features active area of 176.64(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline
size of 192.8(W)×116.9(H)×6.7(D) mm, viewing area size of
180.1(W)×103.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net
weight of 245g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM
product, AT080TN03 V.7 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness
300:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 65/65/45/65 (Typ.)(CR≥10)
(L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and
response time of 15/20 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the
brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale
signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This
product adopted 3S9P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was
placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K
hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT080TN03
V.7 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting
systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage
of 3.3/10.0/15.0/-10.0V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical
vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
